• Message purpose: These messages are strictly informational and related to your relationship with JynAI.
• Daily brief: One message each weekday morning listing what is waiting on you in Works. Nothing is sent on a day with nothing waiting. Off by default.
• Message frequency: Message frequency will vary based on your usage or account activity. Most people receive fewer than five messages a month. JynAI will not send more than 10 messages in a day or 100 in a month.
• Opt-out instructions: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message, or write to support@jyn.ai.
• Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• Privacy: Your phone number and personal information will be used solely for the purpose of delivering JynAI service-related updates. We do not sell or share your number with third parties.

How to opt in. Sign in to JynAI Works at app.jyn.ai and open Settings, then Security and Access. In the Recovery Options card, enter your mobile number and select Save. Works sends a six-digit code to that number. Your number is not enrolled until you enter that code back into the same card. In the Text Messages card below, choose which kinds of message you want. Account security messages are on once your number is confirmed. Everything else is off unless you switch it on.

This consent is not required as a condition of using JynAI, but opting in will allow us to notify you promptly when needed.
